RIAA sues again - but will they settle? PDF Print E-mail
Forbes has a story about yet another round of lawsuits filed by the RIAA against the so-called copyright infringers who share music through P2P apps like Kazaa (or my fav. for Linux, giFTui).

Like before, the suits are anonymous - the RIAA needs a court order to obtain the infringers' identities. The interesting bit here is that the identities of 24 people from the previous round of suits have been identified - and they're refusing to settle out of court.

Will music-sharers finally demand their day in court? Here's hoping, if only so this thing can be settled once and for all.
